Something not working? Here's how to reach a human.

Email us

hello@packola.app

We read every message and usually reply within two business days. Writing from the email you signed up with helps us find your account faster.

You can also reach us without leaving the app: open Settings → Feedback. That route attaches your app version and device model, which makes bug reports much faster to diagnose — so prefer it for anything that looks broken.

Account

Can't log in. Use "Forgot password" on the login screen to get a reset link. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check spam — it comes from an @packola.app address.

Signed up with Apple or Google. Use the same button you originally signed up with. Signing in with a different provider creates a separate account, even when both use the same email address.

Delete your account. Go to Settings → Delete account. This removes your account, your trips, and your packing lists from our servers, and cannot be undone. You don't need to contact us first.

Packola Pro

Restore a purchase. If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open the Pro screen and tap Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to your App Store account, so make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.

Manage or cancel. Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us — so they're managed in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling stops the renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.

Refunds. Apple handles all App Store refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a charge looks wrong, email us anyway and we'll help you sort it out.

Paid but Pro isn't active. Try Restore purchases first. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with the date of purchase and we'll reconcile it manually.

Trips and weather

Weather looks wrong for my destination. Some place names exist in several countries. Open the trip and check the destination is the city you meant — re-picking it from search re-pins the forecast to the right coordinates.

A trip is missing on another device. Trips sync when you're logged in. Confirm you're signed into the same account on both devices, then pull down to refresh on the trips list.

A shared trip won't open. Share links can be revoked by their owner and stop working when they are. Ask whoever shared it to send a fresh link.

Report a bug

The most useful reports tell us what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. If you can, include the destination and dates of the trip involved, plus a screenshot. Sending it through Settings → Feedback attaches the technical details automatically.

Privacy and terms

See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and which providers process it, and our Terms of Service for the rules of using Packola.
